How to Login to Your BAT93 Account

Getting back into your BAT93 account is straightforward. Whether you're logging in for the first time in a while or you check in every day before the evening's cricket, the process is the same. Open the BAT93 website or mobile app, enter your registered mobile number or username along with your password, and hit the login button. That's really all there is to it.

If you set up your account with a Pakistani mobile number — which is the most common way players in Pakistan register — just use that same number in the username field. Your password is the one you created during registration. If you're ever unsure, the password reset option is available right on the login screen, and support can guide you through it if needed.

Logging In on Mobile

Most BAT93 players in Pakistan access their accounts through a smartphone. The mobile login page is fully responsive and works cleanly on Chrome, Firefox, and most Android browsers. You don't need to download anything to use the mobile site — just open your browser, head to bat93.pro, and tap Login. Your session stays active unless you manually sign out or your device clears browser data.

If you prefer a dedicated app experience, the BAT93 App is available for download and offers the same secure login alongside push notifications for live matches, deposit confirmations, and new bonus alerts.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

Occasionally you might run into a login hiccup. Here are the most common situations and how to sort them out quickly:

• Wrong password: Use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. You'll receive a reset link or OTP via your registered mobile number.
• Account not recognised: Double-check that you're using the same mobile number or username you registered with. Pakistan numbers should include the full format (03XX-XXXXXXX).
• Session expired: For security, BAT93 sessions time out after a period of inactivity. Simply log back in — your balance and history are all safe.
• Browser cache issues: Clear your browser cache or try logging in from an incognito/private tab. This resolves most loading or stuck-screen problems.
• Forgot your username: Contact BAT93 customer support with your registered mobile number and they can help recover your account details.

Keeping Your Account Secure

BAT93 uses SSL encryption across the entire platform, which means everything you enter — from your password to your payment details — is transmitted securely. That said, there are a few habits that go a long way in keeping your account safe from your side too:

• Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on other websites or apps.
• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices. If you must, always log out properly afterwards and don't tick the "remember me" box.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including people claiming to be BAT93 staff — support agents will never ask for your password.
• If you think your account has been accessed without your knowledge, contact support immediately to have your password reset and your account reviewed.

What's Available After You Login

Once inside your BAT93 account, the full platform opens up. Sports betting is front and centre — you'll find live cricket markets, PSL fixtures when the season is on, T20 internationals, domestic Pakistan matches, and a solid selection of football markets covering top European leagues alongside local competitions.

Head over to the Casino section and you'll find hundreds of slot titles, live dealer tables with real-time streaming, and game show style options that have become popular with Pakistani players. Live roulette, baccarat, and blackjack are all accessible from within your logged-in account.

The Deposit and Withdrawal sections become active once you're logged in. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed quickly, and PKR withdrawals to bank accounts or mobile wallets go through the same secure pipeline.

Responsible Gaming Reminder

BAT93 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is enjoyable and manageable. As you use your account, keep in mind that gambling is best treated as entertainment rather than a source of income. Set a budget you're comfortable with before you start playing, and stick to it. Use the time and deposit limits available within your account settings to help manage your activity. If you ever feel like gaming is becoming difficult to control, take a break and visit our Responsible Gaming page for guidance and self-management tools. BAT93 supports adult players only — users must be 18 or above to register and use the platform.
