1. Introduction

Each individual may hold only one bat93 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number or a different identity — is not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bat93 may close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and other details as requested. This information may be used for identity verification purposes. bat93 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age or payment method.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You should not share your login credentials with anyone else. bat93 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login details.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact bat93 support immediately. You should also change your password without delay.

5. Betting Rules

bat93 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket, football, tennis, esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as displayed on the platform at the time the bet is placed.

A bet is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation notification and the stake is deducted from your account balance. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid. bat93 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error has occurred in the odds display, whether due to a technical fault or human error.

Cricket markets on bat93 cover Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, ODI series, Test cricket and ICC tournaments. Specific market rules — such as what constitutes a completed match for settlement purposes — are shown within each market. Where a match is abandoned or reduced in overs, settlements follow the market-specific rules displayed at the time of bet placement.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are shown at the time of bet placement.
• Accumulator bets are subject to the rules of all individual legs included.
• Cash-out is available on selected markets. The cash-out value is calculated in real time and is not guaranteed until confirmed.
• bat93 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator.
• Bets placed after an event has started on pre-match markets may be voided at bat93's discretion.

Where bat93 suspects that a bet has been placed using information not available to the general public, or as part of a coordinated effort to exploit market errors, it reserves the right to void the bet and investigate the account.

6. Casino & Games

bat93's casino section includes live dealer games, slots, table games and other gaming products. All games are provided by third-party game suppliers and are subject to their own return-to-player (RTP) figures and game rules, which are accessible within each game.

Live casino games — including roulette, baccarat, blackjack and game show-style titles — are streamed in real time from studios. Results are determined by live dealers and physical equipment. bat93 does not control the outcome of live casino games beyond the technical delivery of the stream.

RNG (random number generator) games, including slots and virtual table games, use certified random number generation. Results are independent of previous outcomes. bat93 does not influence RNG outcomes.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, any unsettled bets will be resolved according to the game provider's rules.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical fault affects a game outcome, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Some games may not be available depending on your device or network connection.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on bat93 are processed in PKR to a payment method registered in your name. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and local bank transfer. bat93 does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their standard transfer charges.

Before your first withdrawal, bat93 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard process and is in place to protect your account and comply with platform security requirements. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, proof of your payment method or other supporting documents.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets registered in your own name.

• bat93 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending security or identity verification checks.
• Where a withdrawal is requested and the corresponding deposit has not yet cleared, the withdrawal may be held until the deposit is fully confirmed.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

bat93 may offer bonuses, free bets and promotional offers to new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and Conditions and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms apply to that offer.

General bonus conditions that apply unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to the account specified in the promotion and cannot be transferred.

• If bat93 determines that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently or abused, it may void the bonus, associated winnings and close the account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bat93. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that is not available to all users.
• Match fixing, spot fixing or placing bets based on inside information about events.
• Collusion with other users to exploit platform rules, bonuses or bet markets.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Allowing a person under the age of 18 to access or use your account.

bat93 actively monitors accounts for patterns of prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, bat93 may suspend the account, place a hold on pending withdrawals and conduct a full investigation before taking any further action.

10. Account Closure

You may close your bat93 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided there are no outstanding security reviews, bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations.

bat93 reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards bat93 staff or other users.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as described in the account settings.

Where an account is closed by bat93 due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money funds deposited by the account holder will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the breach.

11. Limitation of Liability

bat93 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, bat93 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, bat93 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or opportunities arising from platform downtime, technical faults or errors.
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• Losses resulting from a user's misunderstanding of bet terms, market rules or bonus conditions.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.

In all cases, bat93's maximum liability to any individual user for any single incident is limited to the value of funds held in that user's account at the time of the incident.
